Wow, another really nice commission. This time, I got to build and paint a Giant.

I reckon the pictures can speak for themselves….

Wood Elves

I recently painted up part of a Wood Elf army as a commission. The models supplied were a Spellsinger, and 12 Dryads.

The customer asked if they could be painted and based in an autumn style, and particularly wanted a very bright orange colour scheme so that his army would stand out. I'm glad to say he was extremely pleased with the results!

Here are the pictures….

Skink Priests

Fresh off the painting table and ready for eBay. I have gone for a new style with these guys, and I’m really pleased with the results. The skin has blended tones in a range of blindingly bright colours that should really catch the eye of someone wandering past the gaming table.

One of the priests has a cold colour scheme, using deep purples and bright blues, alongside a very cool shade of green. The other priest has a warmer pallete, with fiery orange and bright reds, to compliment the slightly more muted yellow skin.

These guys are currently on my eBay at http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/jonkerrderby for £15.50, and would make a great addition to any army.

Deffkoptas!

My latest 40k commission was a really lucky one for me- I got to paint the new(ish) Ork Deffkoptas, models I’d had my eye on for a while!

Yellow and black was the desired colour scheme, with plenty of “dags”, along with spirals and other Orky motifs. Note- the spirals on the Rokkit Launchas.
